User Manual
This manual walks through every feature of the Senti app, screen by screen — from creating an account to deploying your first Expert Advisor (EA), reading your performance analytics, and managing billing and security. Each page follows the same structure so you always know where to look:

- Common errors — what went wrong and how to fix it
⚠️ Read before operating. Senti deploys bots that place real trades on your real broker account. Steps marked with a warning affect live capital — read them fully before clicking. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Terminology
| Term | Meaning |

| EA (Expert Advisor) | An automated trading program that runs on your MT5 account through Senti. |
| MT5 | MetaTrader 5 — the broker platform Senti connects to. You link it with your MT5 login, password, and server. |
| Master / investor password | The MT5 master password allows trading; the investor password is read-only (“View only”). Senti auto-detects which one you entered. |
| Preset | A saved set of EA parameters authored for a specific symbol and timeframe. |
| Deployment | One EA running with one preset on one linked account. |
| Backtest | A simulated run of an EA over historical data, producing a report before you risk live capital. |
| Account slot | Your plan’s limit on how many MT5 accounts you can link at once. |
| Terminal | The MT5 terminal instance Senti runs for your linked account. If it shows Offline or Login failed, your bots cannot trade. |
The prerequisite chain
Everything in Senti follows one chain — you cannot skip a link:
- Sign up and verify your email.
- Account approval — new accounts start as Pending until approved (signups with an IB referral code skip this step).
- Acknowledge the Investment Disclaimer (scroll to the bottom to enable the button).
- Link an MT5 account using the master password (investor-password accounts can monitor but never trade).
- Deploy an EA — and monitor it from your account page.
⚠️ Irreversible actions. Deleting an EA, deleting a preset, revoking an API key, revoking a share link, and deleting your account are permanent (or take effect immediately). Each is flagged on its page in this manual.
