FAQ

Does Senti hold my money?

No. Senti is non-custodial. Your funds stay in your own broker account at all times. Senti connects with trade-only access and cannot withdraw or transfer funds. See non-custodial permissions.

What broker do I need?

A MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account with a broker that allows algorithmic trading. You can also connect a demo account to try Senti. See supported brokers.

Can Senti withdraw my funds?

No. Trade-only access has no withdrawal right. Senti can open and close positions but can never move money out of your account.

Does Senti promise profits?

No. Senti automates execution; it does not promise returns. Strategy pages describe behavior and risk rules, and your verification page shows real activity, not a forecast.

How is Senti billed?

You pay for the service (Fleet Control and strategy execution), independent of trading outcomes. There are no custody fees because Senti never holds your funds. See plans and pricing.

Can I stop a strategy at any time?

Yes. You can pause or stop any strategy from Fleet Control, and Senti stops placing new orders immediately. You can also disconnect a broker to revoke trade access entirely.

How do I get started?

Create an account, connect your broker, and deploy your first strategy.
